Nikon D800 with Tokina 17-35
Tried some light painting
Bismarck, North Dakota
The clouds are that color due to the light pollution from the city.
This was one of the regions that was flooded by the Missouri River a couple years back. As the river is quite high right now... it filled up with water and froze. There is a thin layer of water on top due to this being the only day above freezing for the foreseeable future!
And there was alot of running around with my flashlight to light paint from different angles in this one exposure.
