It was -16c/1f and frost was starting to form on my lens so I called it quits

Nice composition. Just a bit of a critique though, straighten out your horizin and this would be spot on... Love the shot regardless though...

Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment. My level on camera said it was straight. Those are kinda hills rising from the river in the background. Would it be better to make that the horizon and level it out? Thanks

Yeah, generally it's more "proper" to have a straight horizon, even if it is mountains in the background... When the horizon is not straight it can throw the entire perspective of the image off... Try it out and see if you like it better with a straight horizon. If not then disregard my suggestion. In the end it's your artwork and your opinion that counts :)
